The CS548 is a four-channel oscilloscope with individually isolated channels and high CMRR. It can also be supplied with fewer channels, from zero to three, if a reduced configuration is sufficient. The unit is designed to measure all signals in an operating full-bridge or three-phase power electronics switching bridge, on both the low and high sides.
Typical applications include measuring gate-drive voltage and charge, power-switch losses and parasitic stress, output power and spectrum for EMC compliance, and control-system gain, phase, and stability. The CS5X8 also includes an isolated signal generator for stimulus and two expansion pod connectors for isolated input and output functions. Up to four CS548 units can be slaved together to create a 16-channel oscilloscope with coherent sampling.
