Returns

    • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

    • Final sale or clearance items.
    • Digital products (e.g., downloadable software).

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Once approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send your item(s).
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
  4. Please use a trackable shipping method and keep the tracking number for your records.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 30 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items
