  • International Shipping: not available.

Shipping territory

• We do not offer international shipping. We only ship to mainland U.S. states.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's progress.

Undelivered or Lost Packages

• If your package is delayed, lost, or undelivered, please contact us at sales@pmkamerica.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Refunds or replacements for lost packages are handled on a case-by-case basis.

• We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted regions. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your address, please contact us before placing your order.
