PMK America Corporation (“PMK America,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to conducting business with integrity, fairness, and respect for people. These principles apply to our operations and guide how we work with employees, contractors, customers, and business partners.

PMK America is aware of the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs). We respect and actively protect internationally recognized human rights in our business activities.

In practice, this means we:

• Recognize the state’s duty to protect human rights and our responsibility as a business to respect them
• Do not cause, contribute to, or knowingly benefit from human rights abuses in our operations or supply relationships
• Expect employees, contractors, and business partners to uphold the same standards of dignity, fairness, and lawful conduct
• Take concerns seriously and address issues when they are brought to our attention

We support internationally recognized human rights as set out in instruments such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and related core labour standards, including the prohibition of forced labour, child labour, and modern slavery.

PMK America respects our associates’ right to articulate their interests. Associates may raise workplace concerns, suggestions, and feedback without fear of retaliation.

We support:

• Open communication between associates and management
• The right to discuss working conditions, compensation practices, and workplace issues in a respectful and lawful manner
• Freedom of association and the right to organize or seek representation where applicable under local law
• Access to appropriate channels to raise questions or concerns (including with a manager, HR contact, or company leadership)

Retaliation against any associate who raises a good-faith concern is prohibited.

PMK America is committed to preventing discrimination and to respecting the principle of equal remuneration for work of equal value.

We do not discriminate in hiring, compensation, promotion, training, or other employment practices on the basis of race, colour, ethnicity, national origin, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, marital or family status, veteran status, or any other status protected by applicable law.

PMK America maintains clear written rules to prevent money laundering and to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing laws. These rules are communicated to associates whose roles involve payments, customer onboarding, or financial controls.

Our requirements include:

• Lawful transactions only — We conduct business only for legitimate commercial purposes and do not knowingly facilitate money laundering or terrorist financing
• Know your customer / counterparty — We take reasonable steps to understand who we do business with and the commercial purpose of transactions
• Transparent payments — We prefer standard banking channels; unusual payment requests (cash, third-party payments without a clear business reason, or requests to obscure the source or destination of funds) must be escalated before proceeding
• Record keeping — We maintain appropriate records of transactions and related business documentation as required by law and company practice
• Reporting and escalation — Associates must promptly report suspicious activity or requests that appear designed to conceal the origin, ownership, or purpose of funds
• No tipping off — Associates must not alert a customer or third party in a way that could obstruct an investigation when a concern has been raised internally

Failure to follow these rules may result in disciplinary action and, where applicable, referral to authorities.
