CS-3000 Main Frame: Models and Specifications
There are three models of the Semiconductor Curve Tracer Main Frames in the CS-3000 Series—CS-3100, CS-3200, and CS-3300. The CS-3100 does not support High Current (HC) Mode, whereas the CS-3200 and CS-3300 do, offering up to 400A and 1,000A peak pulse current respectively.
All models share a set of advanced standard features, including:
- Max. Peak Voltage of 3,000V (High Voltage Mode)
- LEAKAGE Mode with ultra-fine 1pA cursor resolution
- Multiple waveform options: Rectified SINE, DC ±, LEAKAGE ±, and AC
- LAN interface for remote control and USB port for saving screen/setup data
These features make the CS-3000 Series ideal for testing IGBTs, MOSFETs, transistors, and diodes with high precision and flexibility.
