CS-5000 Main Frame: Models and Specifications
There are four models of the Semiconductor Curve Tracer Main Frames in the CS-5000 Series—CS-5100, CS-5200, CS-5300, and CS-5400. The CS-5100 does not support High Current (HC) Mode, whereas the CS-5200 - CS-5400 do, offering up to 12kW and 1,500A peak pulse current.
All models share a set of advanced standard features, including:
- Max. Peak Voltage of 5,000V (High Voltage Mode)
- LEAKAGE Mode with ultra-fine 1pA cursor resolution
- Multiple waveform options: Rectified SINE, DC ±, LEAKAGE ±, and AC
- LAN interface for remote control and USB port for saving screen/setup data
These features make the CS-5000 Series ideal for testing IGBTs, MOSFETs, transistors, and diodes with high precision and flexibility.
